What does Mimic Cartoon do?
Mimic Cartoon develops cartoon films, episodic series, expressive 3D characters, games and interactive experiences. Keyframe animation and character design lead the work, supported by hybrid workflows combining 3D CGI, VFX and Video AI.
What can a character be created for?
Characters can be developed for animated films, episodic series, children’s shows, music videos, advertising, apps, games and interactive experiences. The intended audience and destination platform guide the design and production brief.
Can you animate an existing character?
Share the design and any existing 3D files with the studio. The team can assess the model, textures and rig before defining the animation work needed.
Where is the studio based?
Mimic Cartoon is based at fx.Center, August-Bebel-Str. 26, 14482 Potsdam-Babelsberg, Germany, and is connected to Mimic Productions.
How do I start a project?
